A developer of high-performance digital imaging and semiconductors, Dalsa Corp. of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, has received a contract worth about CDN $9 million. Under the agreement, the company will develop and produce custom CMOS image sensors for a leading European digital radiography equipment manufacturer. The customer also has agreed to purchase a large number of the sensors after the development phase.
