Fujifilm Medical Systems USA Inc. of Stamford, Conn., has taken over Problem Solving Concepts Inc. of Indianapolis, a developer of cardiology picture archiving and communication systems. The latter company will be called ProSolv CardioVascular: A Fujifilm Co. and will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.
