Sensor Business Acquisition
Pepperl+Fuchs of Mannheim, Germany, has agreed to acquire the binary proximity sensor business of Siemens Industry Automation Div. of Nuremburg, Germany. The agreement is expected to be finalized June 30, 2010, and Siemens will continue to accept, support and execute all orders for proximity sensors until the transfer is completed.
