Leoni Fiber Optics GmbH
Leoni Fiber Optics GmbH of Berlin has acquired RoMack of Williamsburg,
Va., for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition was made through Leoni’s US
subsidiary FiberTech USA Inc. of Chandler, Ariz. RoMack specializes in fiber optic
systems for the aerospace, optical analysis, medical device and industrial laser
markets. The business will remain in Williamsburg and will be renamed FiberTech
RoMack Inc.
