Imagine Optic’s US Subsidiaries Surpass Expectations
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Feb. 8, 2011 — Imagine Optic, manufacturer of Shack-Hartmann wavefront metrology and adaptive optics solutions, announced that sales of Imagine Optic Inc and Axiom Optics (both created in December 2009) outperformed expectations with orders totaling over $800,000 in their first year of operations.
“Our US subsidiaries that were launched at the end of 2009 have made remarkable progress in the North American market,” said Samuel Bucourt, Imagine Optic’s CEO. “Founding Imagine Optic Inc. has enabled us to strengthen our ties with existing US customers and develop new relationships on numerous high-profile projects. Axiom Optics, a division of Imagine Optic Inc., has shown tremendous potential by developing solutions that blend our products with those offered by other suppliers of high-quality components to satisfy its growing list of customers.”
Joining the Imagine Optic family has been a remarkable experience,” said Philippe Clemenceau, division manager of Axiom. “The ability to offer clients custom-tailored solutions that include Imagine Optic’s wavefront analysis and adaptive optics technologies for applications including biological imagining, laser testing and optical metrology has proven itself to be a winning offer in this highly-competitive market.”
