CLEVELAND, Sept. 23 -- NHD Inc. announced the signing of two comprehensive contracts with Eastman Kodak Co.'s Health Imaging Div. The first allows all of NHD's authorized Kodak distribution channels to sell Kodak DryView laser-imaging systems; the second designates Kodak as NHD's primary source for x-ray processing chemicals.
NHD distributes medical imaging supplies, equipment, and services to more than one-third of all US hospitals, generating aggregate sales of over $500 million. The company is owned and operated by 24 regional distributors serving 43 states through 67 distribution centers. Kodak's Health Imaging Div. manufactures medical imaging equipment and film.
