Patent Suit Filed Against LED Makers
The CAO Group Inc. of West Jordan, Utah, has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against eight LED manufacturers, including GE Lighting Inc., Osram Sylvania, Lighting Science Group Corp., Nexxus Lighting Inc., Sharp Electronics Corp., Toshiba International Corp., Feit Electric Co. Inc. and Lights of America Inc. The company said that its patents protect innovations at the core of LED light source solutions.
