Sharon Nelson is the new vice president of contract management at Meggitt Sensing Systems, a Meggitt group division, the company announced.

In this position, Nelson will be responsible for the overall management of a newly established, fully dedicated contract management function that includes customers, partners and supplier relationships across all development sites of Meggitt Sensing Systems.

Nelson, a Meggitt employee for 30 years, began her career at Allied-Signal as a senior contracts manager. Following Meggitt’s acquisition of Endevco Corp., she served as overall manager of the customer service department. For the past eight years, she has served as the company’s director of contracts and customer service.

Meggitt Sensing Systems supplies sensing and monitoring systems for physical parameter measurements in extreme environments.
