Helfferich Is New Sales Director at Roper Scientific

TRENTON, N.J., Nov. 16, 2011 — Ulrike Helfferich has assumed the position of sales director for Roper Scientific GmbH, Roper Scientific and Princeton Instruments have announced.

Helfferich succeeds Willy Pfanhauser, managing director, who has retired. She will be responsible for supporting the German sales and market teams in the development of Princeton Instruments’ spectrographs and cameras for scientific and industrial use. She has many years of sales and applications experience in the photonics and optoelectronics markets.

Princeton Instruments, a fully owned subsidiary of Roper Industries, designs and manufactures CCD, ICCD and EMCCD cameras, spectrographs and optics-based solutions for the scientific research, industrial imaging and OEM industries.
