The company also has been accredited by the Defense Microelectronics Activity as a “trusted integrated circuit supplier” and is ISO-9001:2008-certified and ROHS-compliant. “Any person who engages in the US in the business of either manufacturing or exporting defense articles or furnishing defense services is required to register and keep their registration current with this office pursuant to the Arms Export Control Act and ITAR,” according to the State Department’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs.
