Vytran Opens Support Center in Cologne
Optical fiber splicing solutions provider Vytran LLC has opened a new customer support center in Cologne, Germany, to provide product, technical and applications support to its European customers.
The Cologne facility is Vytran’s fourth customer and distributor support location, joining the company’s headquarters in Morganville, and customer support centers in Exeter, England, and Hangzhou, China.
“With a goal of being closer to our customers worldwide, Vytran opened a service center in China a year ago and has now opened the new facility in Germany,” said Jean-Michel Pelaprat, Vytran president and CEO. “We are determined to leverage these to help our customers succeed by providing them with high-performance optical fiber splicing and processing products.”
