Euresys Expands to Shanghai

Belgian machine vision supplier Euresys SA has opened a new liaison office in Shanghai to support its expanding Chinese customer base.

"This new operation, close to our customers, will allow us to provide fast and efficient presales support and technical services to our growing China market," said Yuzairee Tahir, sales and support manager for the Euresys' Asia-Pacific division.

Established in 1989, Euresys also has offices in Singapore, Belgium and the U.S. The company supplies video acquisition and processing components for machine vision and video surveillance applications. It offers image analysis software tools, frame grabbers, video encoders, and video capture and compression cards.
