Annidis Corp. has terminated its employment agreement with President Nick Ribaric by mutual agreement. Ribaric remains on the company's board of directors.

Michael Crowley, CEO, assumed the role of interim president Jan. 1.

Annidis has developed an imaging platform technology based on multispectral imaging for noninvasive eye disease identification and management.
