Lucent Wins Deutsche Telekom Contract

NEW YORK, March 26 – Lucent Technologies Inc. has won a multiyear contract to supply Germany's Deutsche Telekom with optical transmission systems for its high-speed global optical communications network. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
    Lucent is supplying Deutsche Telekom with WaveStar OLS 400G and WaveStar ADM 16/1 transmission systems, among other items.
