NEC LCD Technologies Ltd. announced that samples for color and monochrome models of its 21.3-inch QXGA thin-film transistor (TFT) LCD modules began shipping in October, and that shipments of its new monochrome 21.3-inch UXGA TFT LCD module will begin this month.
