BTG, a high-tech investment company based in West Conshohocken, Pa., said it is seeking an exclusive licensee for a fundamental technology using transparent cathodes in polymer organic light-emitting diode (OLED) devices. The technology includes US Patent 5,955,834, "Light-Emitting Devices Utilizing High Work Function Electrodes," and is one in a portfolio of patents and applications licensed by BTG from Ohio State University covering the use of OLED technologies in information displays.
