ILX Lightwave Corp. of Bozeman, Mont., and ETSC Technologies Co. of Wuhan, China, have agreed to establish a center in Wuhan to provide enhanced customer service for ILX's instrumentation and test system products. The facility will provide repair and calibration of ILX's instruments as well as installation and support of its laser diode test systems. ETSC, with a knowledge base in optical technology, also has offices in Shenzhen, China.
