SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 28 -- Intel Corp. announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Oplus Technologies Inc., a private fabless semiconductor company based in Yokneam, Israel, that makes integrated circuit and software applications for flat panel plasma and LCD TVs, projection systems, LCD multifunction monitors and digital display applications.
