Molecular Imprints Inc. (MII), an Austin, Texas, manufacturer of nanolithography systems for high resolution and for 3-D pattern replication, announced sales of its Imprio 55 system to the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory's Molecular Foundry, the University of Texas at Austin (UT-Austin) and the Pennsylvania State Nanofabrication Facility, (Penn State Nanofab) and of its Imprio 100 tool to the Microelectronics Research Center (MRC) at UT-Austin.
