Ultrathick Nanostructured Diamond Films Produced

Diamond films are attractive for use as optical windows and in other applications requiring strength, transparency and chemical stability. In particular, nanocrystalline diamond films are smooth and can be electrically conductive -- attributes that could be very useful.
