Optical Surfaces Ltd. of Kenley, England, a provider of large high-precision optical components and systems to the scientific, astronomical and defense industries, has named Iain Brock as its new general manager. Brock previously held senior technical and managerial positions within the optical divisions of a number of companies, including Philips Electronics. In his new role, Brock will coordinate the company's drive for further international growth, Optical Surfaces said.
