Light Blue Optics, Thales Team to Create Advanced Displays

Light Blue Optics (LBO) of Cambridge, England, a developer of miniature projection systems, today announced a joint agreement to develop display products with aerospace and defense contractor Thales Group of Neuilly-Sur-Seine, France. Under the agreement, LBO will provide Thales with engineering samples of its holographic laser projection system, which can produce large, full-color, high-quality video images in focus at all distances and on curved or angled surfaces. Thales will use the technology to create advanced displays for use in cockpits and other aerospace and defense applications.Read full article
