Keithley, CNSI Form Research Partnership

Keithley Instruments Inc., a Cleveland, Ohio-based maker of test and measurement instruments, has announced a partnership with the California NanoSystems Institute (CNSI) at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) to support research in nanotechnology and nanoscience technologies for instrumentation and measurement in the semiconductor indsutry. Keithley will join the CNSI partners program at the associate level.
