Aixtron to Install OLED Tool

AACHEN, Germany, Nov. 15, 2007 -- Aixtron AG, an Aachen-based provider of deposition equipment to the semiconductor industry, has received an order for a system to fabricate OLED lighting and organic photovoltaic products from the Fraunhofer Institute for Photonic Microsystems (IPMS) in Dresden, Germany, a research center for organic material-based research.
