Gaynor Promoted to CEO at Lightpath

LightPath Technologies Inc. of Orlando, Fla., announced its board has promoted Jim Gaynor, formerly vice president of global operations, to president and CEO and board director. Gaynor, who has 30 years of experience in volume manufacturing in the electronics and optics industry, joined LightPath in July 2006. He started his career at Corning Glass Works and gained international experience at Rockwell International.
