Rockwell to Acquire Segment of Cedes

Rockwell Automation Inc. of Milwaukee has agreed to acquire the safety and automation business of Cedes AG of Landquart, Switzerland. The segment is a supplier of safety and measuring light curtains as well as of other optoelectronics, control units and accessories for industrial applications.
