Molecular Devices Corp. of Sunnyvale, Calif., has formed an agreement with BlueGnome Ltd. of Cambridge, UK, to jointly promote the companies’ clinical array comparative genomic hybridization devices. The California-based company plans to recommend its partner’s BlueFuse analysis software for use with its own microarray scanners. Similarly, the British company will recommend that customers use Molecular Devices’ GenePix scanners with its diagnostic microarrays and other products.
