NSF-Supported Center Moves to Houston

HOUSTON, April 16, 2010 — The National Center for Airborne Laser Mapping (NCALM), supported by the National Science Foundation, has relocated operations to the University of Houston (UH) from the University of Florida. Researchers with the National Center for Airborne Laser Mapping at UH take measurements of the ground's surface from their Cessna 337 Skymaster airplane.
