NeuroMetrix Inc. of Waltham, Mass., a medical device company, has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with EyeTel Imaging Inc. of Columbia, Md. The agreement allows the Massachusetts company to market, brand and sell its partner’s DigiScope throughout the physician office arena. DigiScope is a diagnostic device for early detection of diabetic retinopathy.
