e2v Technologies of Chelmsford, UK, has increased production of its dental x-ray sensors, which incorporate the 0.18-μm CMOS image sensor technology of TowerJazz of Migdal Haemek, Israel. The two companies will work to create a new generation of system-on-chip dental sensors that benefit from high image quality and advanced levels of integration and embedded capabilities.
