The Optoelectronics Industry Development Association of Washington has published The Challenge for Biophotonic Sensors, a report based on industry, academic and government agency presentations from a recent workshop held in Rochester, N.Y. The report examines the advantages of biosensors in defense, food processing and medicine; identifies the challenges of the sensor market; and provides suggestions on how those in the industry might work together to make more profits. The report is available to association members.
