Augusta Technologie Buys LMI

LMI Technologies, which makes 3-D laser sensors for industrial measurement and control applications, has sold 100 percent of its shares to join Augusta Technologie AG, a Munich, Germany-based sensor and vision technology company. As a result, LMI, of Delta, British Columbia, Canada, will become part of a worldwide company in the field of digital imaging technologies.
