Skorpios Technologies Closes $19M Funding Round

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Sept. 19, 2011 — Skorpios Technologies has closed a $19 million Series B round of financing, which will be used to expand its infrastructure and to complete the commercialization of its technology, the company announced. Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks and other communications ecosystem companies participated in the funding. Founding investors Cottonwood Technology Fund and Sun Mountain Capital also participated.
