Cynosure Inc. of Westford, Mass., has announced that the FDA has cleared its Cellulaze cellulite laser workstation for commercial distribution. The workstation provides a minimally invasive solution for reducing cellulite in just one treatment by restoring the normal structure of the skin and underlying connective tissue. Clinical data has demonstrated that the treatment can increase the thickness of the skin by 25 percent and elasticity by 29 percent at one year.
