CyberOptics Continues to Whittle Down Losses

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 24, 2014 — Sensors firm CyberOptics Corp. decreased its net loss in the third quarter thanks in part to the acquisition of a 3-D metrology firm. Net loss totaled $448,000, compared to $774,000 in the third quarter of 2013. Meanwhile, revenues increased 34 percent, from $8.7 million in the third quarter of 2013 to $11.7 million in the third quarter of this year.
