Optical emission instrument provider Spectro Analytical Instruments GmbH and chemical manufacturer Bernd Kraft GmbH have announced a cooperation agreement to provide every German and Swiss customer with a Bernd Kraft starter set of high-quality standard solutions when purchasing a Spectro ICP spectrometer. These ready-to-use and certified multi-element standards provide adjustment of analysis devices from the start. Calibration errors caused by out-of-date or contaminated standard solutions will be eliminated. “We are delighted to have gained Bernd Kraft GmbH, a high-profile partner who is able to supply our customers with standard solutions of the highest quality,” said Christoph Mätzig, CEO of Spectro. “With these solutions, our high-end devices can be optimally commissioned on site.” Another advantage, especially for accredited laboratories that are regularly audited by external auditors, is the fact that the proper device calibration can be documented on the basis of the product certificates. “The cooperation agreement is the logical consequence of the good collaboration between two first-class companies,” said Thomas Brunner, CEO of Bernd Kraft. “Our experience has shown that constructive and cooperative teamwork brings success for all parties.
