Photonics for Health Summer School

The school is targeted to Master graduating students, PhD students, early-stage researchers and future European entrepreneurs in the areas of photonics, microfluidics, biochemistry and system integration. The aim of the summer school is to focus on different applications of photonic devices in relation to “health” and to disseminate the results of several European Projects, giving information about the most recent and relevant research topics. The class topics will contain basic photonics components, related technologies and design methods. Speakers will represent multidisciplinary know-how including competences on photonics & immunoplasmonics, biosensing & biochemistry, microfluidics, system integration & engineering.
