Diamond SA's E-2000 fiber optic connector system has a push-pull design with positive latching and guiding tracks. It offers a spring-loaded shutter to stop laser radiation and guides for connectors' integrated protective caps. The connectorized modules provide power stability in the fiber, even under mechanical stress and temperature fluctuations. The transmitter modules can be linked to APC and PC polished connectors for single- and multimode fibers. The receiver modules are available with Si and Ge-APC diodes.
