The Explorer 14 system has a touch-screen control panel that automates all of the process and control functions. It offers bidirectional communication for data logging, editing and monitoring of process parameters and selection. Also provided are multisource thermal or multipocket e-beam evaporation packages, RF or DC magnetron sputtering and various sizes of stainless steel chambers or glass bell jars. The company says the system's design and component layout allow ease of use, maintenance and service.
