The E1L5M-3P0AP-02 ultraviolet LED from Roithner Lasertechnik displays a peak wavelength of 385 nm and a spectral half-width of 20 nm (FWHM). The LED is packaged in a hermetically sealed TO-18 metal can with a flat glass window. It offers a typical output power of up to 1.7 mW and supports a maximum DC forward current of 30 mA at a forward voltage of 3.7 V over a temperature range from -30 to +80 °C. Two versions are available, with 80° and 100° (FWHM) viewing angles.
