Aluminum alloy linear stages with travel ranges of 16, 25 and 50 mm are available from Linos Photonics GmbH. The TL series is offered with a choice of micrometers or piezo positioners for fine adjustment and a resolution of 10 nm. The drives can be mounted on the side when space is limited. The TL45 and TL65 offer travel of 60 and 50 µm and maximum axial force of 2 and 5 N, respectively. An inductive position measurement system is integrated for closed-loop operation. Compact X-Y stages also are available.
