A Camera Link frame grabber that simultaneously acquires images from two line-scan or area-scan digital cameras is available from Euresys sa. The EureCard GrabLink Expert has 16 MB of onboard memory and a 66-MHz maximum data acquisition rate for the 48-bit data path. This 64-bit PCI bus frame grabber captures images from triple- or quad-tap cameras and supports the base and medium configurations of the Camera Link standard. The board features asynchronous reset and shutter control, and a programmable acquisition rate converter. It is provided with a separate I/O board that offers four opto-isolated I/O lines for trigger and strobe.
