The MA01 multichannel amplifier from Apex Microtechnology Corp. delivers up to 330 V at peak output currents of 120 mA per channel. The amplifier, which offers high-voltage operation up to 350 V, is suitable for use in MEMS-based optical switching, piezo positioning systems and push-pull applications. The device is housed in a standard PSOP package, measures <0.5 in. sq and has a power bandwidth of 26 kHz at full output voltage. Each channel can operate independently, or both channels can be bridged for 660-V peak-to-peak output with a reduction in total output current.
