PicoQuant GmbH offers a driver library for use with its TimeHarp 200 TCSPC board. The library allows custom programming with Linux versions 2.2 and 2.4 and supports the same range of functions as the Windows version, including onboard histogramming, multidetector routing with the PRT 400 router and time-tagged, time-resolved mode. The library makes it possible for the TimeHarp board, which features a bin width of <40 ps, low differential nonlinearity and a maximum count rate of 3 MHz, to be used with photomultiplier tubes and single-photon avalanche photodiodes.
