RAMAN MICROSPECTROSCOPY Symphotic TII Corp. has introduced the Nanofinder Raman confocal microspectroscopy system developed by Tokyo Instruments Inc. Designed for low-level signal detection, the system offers 200-nm lateral and 500-nm axial resolution. It is equipped with a spectrometer and a time-correlated single-photon counter for spectral and temporal microanalysis. The 3-D software enables users to image up to 20 wavelength intervals simultaneously. The Nanofinder is suitable for photoluminescence imaging and spatial analysis of semiconductors, CVD artificial diamond arrays, carbon nanotubes and living cells.
