Solid-State Lasers Edmund Industrial Optics has added a new line to its popular solid-state lasers. These high-performance solid-state lasers feature an extremely stable and quiet laser output in a compact, thermoelectrically cooled, self-contained package. The thermoelectric cooling enables them to be used over a broad range of temperatures, while guaranteeing minimal fluctuations in power and virtually no high-frequency noise.

These lasers emit a pure, TEM00 beam in a variety of wavelengths: green (532 nm), red (660 nm) and near-IR (780 nm). Output powers are available ranging from 5 to 100 mW, and all models are CDRH-certified Class 3b. This line of lasers features a remote interlock key box with an LED emission indicator for your safety.

If fluctuations are not critical in your application, you may want to choose from Edmund's line of standard solid-state lasers, with output powers ranging from 4 to 50 mW in four wavelengths: violet (405 nm), blue (475 nm), green (532 nm) and near-IR (1064 nm). The 532-nm high-performance solid-state lasers are also available in a line of fiber-coupled lasers, with powers ranging from 5 to 100 mW.
