FO ILLUMINATOR StockerYale Inc. unveils a 150-W CE-marked halogen illuminator that provides DC-regulated output for machine vision applications. The Model 21 DC fiber optic illuminator delivers output with ±1% stability. The device includes 0 to 100% intensity control, an LED that indicates when it is time to change the halogen lamp and an auto-switching input voltage regulator that accepts 110 to 220 VAC. It also has a nine-pin DIN connector on the rear panel that supports remote intensity control using a 0- to 5-VDC analog supply.
