Amplitude Systemes' T-Pulse diode-pumped femtosecond laser is available from Pro-Lite Technology LLP. The laser provides an average output of >1 W at 1030 nm with <200-fs pulses oscillating at a repetition frequency of 50 MHz. The spectral linewidth is <8 nm (FWHM) and energy per pulse is 20 nJ. The laser head measures 60 x 20 cm, and the resonator includes an internal thermal management system, a self-starting solid-state locking system and high-performance optics. Applications include multiphoton excitation microscopy, time-resolved photochemistry, nonlinear spectroscopy and precision machining.
