The integrating spheres released by Gigahertz-Optik Inc. are for use with infrared measurement devices such as pyrometers, laser/optical power meters and reflectance/transmittance instruments. The UP- 75-F-Au and UP-100-F-Au models have electrochemically gold-plated surfaces with multiple ports and plugs for flexible setup. The surfaces offer a diffuse reflectance of ~95% from ~850 to 20 µm. The company says its in-house manufacturing and engineering capabilities enable custom designs and OEM models manufactured precisely to end-user specifications. Accessory port reducers and light traps are available.
