PHOTORECEIVER The OE-200-Si and OE-200-In opto-electrical photoreceivers operate at 400 to 1000 nm and 900 to 1600 nm, respectively. Available from Femto Messtechnik GmbH, the devices convert optical input power from 1 pW to 10 mW into output up to 10 V. They offer a bandwidth of 500 to 1.2 kHz and selectable low-noise or high-speed settings that cover a conversion-gain range of 103 to 1011 V/W. Features include switchable AC/DC settings for suppressing the CW level and a switchable 10-Hz low-pass filter to minimize wideband noise and to allow sensitive CW measurements.
